Gallbladder leiomyosarcoma

Gastrointestinal smooth muscle tumors are malignant tumors mainly originating in smooth muscle tissue. They occur in the stomach (approximately 33%), the small intestine (37%), and the colon (27%). They occur rarely in the gallbladder, accounting for approximately 1 %. The main metastasis pathways of the disease include direct infiltration, blood circulation or lymphatic metastasis, and intra-abdominal implantation can also occur.
