Spastic hemiplegia gait Hemiplegia refers to the lower limb of the affected side that appears to be longer due to high extensor muscle tension, and the patient's hemiplegia side upper limb's coordinated swing movement disappears when walking with difficulty in flexion. Raise the pelvis when stepping. To avoid tiptoe dragging, the pelvis is rotated outwards and moved forward, so it is also called a circle-like gait.It is caused by damage to one side of the cone bundle and is more common in cerebrovascular diseases.
