Fucosin storage disease

Fucosidosis is a mucoid polysaccharidosis caused by a deficiency of fucosidase. It is clinically characterized by nervous system abnormalities, repeated respiratory infections, mental retardation, and heart disease, without mucopolysaccharidemia.
