Serum thyroxine-binding prealbumin
Thyroxine is tetraiodothyronine (T4). After T4 enters the blood circulation, about 99.6% binds to binding proteins; about 60% of which binds to thyroxine-binding globulin (TBG) and 30% binds to thyroxine-bound prealbumin (TBPA) binding.
