Scum wind
White dandruff is a common skin disease characterized by oily and shiny skin, itching and flushing, or white dandruff that folds off and regenerates. It is caused by excessive secretion of oil, which mainly occurs in the scalp with rich sebaceous glands, the back of the neck and face, the eyebrow arch, the nasolabial folds, the front and back of the ear wheel. The nasal hair follicles are wide open, and white powder juice can be squeezed out. Many, or may have flushing, erosion, flow, nodular yellow sepals. More common in young adults, or occur during lactation. It is equivalent to seborrhea and seborrheic dermatitis in western medicine.
