Myeloid carcinogenesis
Tumor medullary carcinoma has clear boundaries, poorly differentiated cells, arranged in large pieces, no adenoid structure, less interstitial, and obvious lymphoplasmic cell infiltration. Medullary carcinoma is a cancer that occurs from the side of the follicle with varying degrees of malignancy. 90% of tumors secrete calcitonin, and some also secrete CEA, somatostatin, prostaglandin and many other hormones and substances, so the level of this hormone in blood is increased
