Achilles tendinitis
Achilles tendonitis is inflammation of the Achilles tendon. Generally, it is caused by the calf gastrocnemius and Achilles tendon being stressed during exercise, such as playing basketball. In addition, sudden increase in exercise intensity or frequency often causes Achilles tendinitis.
