Neck Trauma Repair

The neck has a skull above it, a rib cage and shoulders below it, and there are often protective upper limb lifts for trauma, so there is less chance of trauma alone. However, the neck has large blood vessels, nerves, trachea, esophagus and other important organs. Once trauma occurs, it may cause respiratory, digestive system or brain lesions, and even death due to major bleeding, asphyxia, and air embolism. Neck trauma can be divided into open and closed injuries. The former are mostly caused by war injuries, work injuries or other accidents.
