Can't stretch thumb
Tendon sheath tendinitis of the flexor tendon occurs in the thumb and middle finger. Suffering from finger flexion and extension dysfunction, it is especially obvious when waking up in the morning, and can be reduced or disappeared after activity. Pain sometimes radiates to the wrist. Metacarpophalangeal joint flexion can be tender, sometimes with thickened tendon sheaths, nodules shaped like peas. When the affected finger is bent, it suddenly stays in the semi-bent position. The finger can neither be straightened nor flexed. It is like a sudden "stuck", soreness is unbearable. After assisted pulling with the other hand, the finger can move and produce Actions and pops like trigger trigger, so it is also called "trigger finger" or "flick finger".
