Tetanus antitoxin intradermal test
An intradermal test is required before tetanus antitoxin injection to prevent allergic reactions during injection. Tetanus antitoxin intradermal test (TAT) can understand whether the body is allergic to tetanus antitoxin. Positive: local skin redness (scleredema greater than 1cm) within 15-30 minutes after injection; or skin rash, itching, dermatitis, combined meningitis, stomatitis, laryngeal edema, nausea, dizziness, palpitations, and even decreased blood pressure. Irritable, pale, sweaty, confused, cyanotic, dyspnea, and even convulsed to death.
