Shoulder dystocia, also known as shoulder delivery difficulties, refers to the situation where the fetus's head has been delivered outside the body, but the front shoulder is stuck above the pubic symphysis, which cannot be delivered by conventional midwifery methods. According to domestic reports, the incidence rate is 0.15 %.
