It is suitable for those with distal medial condyle deformity, and the medial condyle angle is obviously shifted to the lower temporal position. Attentions for rotatory correction of corneal angle displacement: 1. When making an incision in the condyle, take care to avoid damaging the vessels of the condyle, lacrimal tubules, and lacrimal sac. 2. When suture the incision, remove the triangular skin at the end of one side of the incision, in order to avoid localized bulging-cat ear phenomenon, which affects the appearance.
