The rapid-type allergic skin test is a test in allergic reactions and a method for screening allergens. Quick-type allergies, also called type I reactions, are the most common type. Its main feature is that the reaction occurs quickly, and clinical symptoms can occur within seconds to hours after re-exposure to the sensitizer, and generally occur within 15-20 minutes.
