Familial hemorrhagic nephritis (Alport syndrome)
Familial hemorrhagic nephritis (Alport syndrome, AS) is a genetic disease. It was first reported by Samuelson in 1874 and Dickinson in 1875. It is known in the literature as hereditary nephritis, hereditary progressive nephritis, and hereditary chronic Progressive nephritis, hereditary chronic nephritis, clinical manifestations are mainly hematuria, neurological deafness, eye disease and chronic renal insufficiency.
