Congenital Self-Healing Langerhans Histiocytosis (CSLH), also known as Congenital Self-healing Reticulohistiocytosis, was developed in 1973 by Hashimoto and Pritzker reports that it is also known as Hashimoto-Pritzker disease, which is self-limiting and benign, with only skin lesions and no systemic damage; its skin damage characteristics and histopathology are actually related to Langerhans cell histiocytosis Similarly, immunohistochemical examination of S-100 protein, CDIa (OKT6) was also positive, and Birbeck particles were also seen by ultramicroscopic examination; therefore, this disease was included in the most benign type of Langerhans histiocytosis disease spectrum .
