Esophageal achalasia
Arrhythmia is a primary panesophageal motor dysfunction disease, characterized by ① no peristalsis of the esophagus. ② The sphincter at the lower end of the esophagus is not relaxed or not fully relaxed when swallowed. ③ The sphincter pressure at the lower end of the esophagus increased at rest. Although achalasia is a benign disease, it has a great impact on quality of life, health and longevity. Due to swallowing difficulties, patients can use all methods, including posture, drinking water, repeated swallowing and other measures, to make patients ashamed to eat in front of everyone, willing to eat alone, causing psychological stress, seriously affecting social activities.
