Fatal progressive necrosis
Necrobiosis Lipoidica, also known as diabetic lipid-like progressive necrosis, is clinically characterized by large scleroderma-like plaques in the front of the tibia, often accompanied by diabetes. This disease is a large scleroderma-like lesion that occurs in the front of the tibia and is more common in women. Some patients are accompanied by diabetes. In 1929, Oppenheim first reported one case, and then Urbach reported a second, and named it diabetic lipid progressive necrosis.
