Coagulation factor activity

Factor Ⅶ is a macromolecular complex composed of two parts, vascular hemophilia factor (VWF) and factor Ⅷ coagulation activity (Ⅷ: C). Factor Ⅷ: C, as a cofactor of factor Ⅸa, forms a complex with the surface of Ca2 + phospholipids (Ⅸa, 共同 a, Ca2 +, phospholipids), which activates factor X. There are two methods for measuring factor Ⅶ and Ⅸ coagulation activity: one-stage method and two-stage method. This section only introduces the one-stage method.
