Thygeson superficial punctate keratopathy

Thygeson superficial punctate keratopathy (TSPK) is a chronic occult keratitis of unknown etiology that is not related to systemic diseases. A long history, intermittent foreign body sensation, mild conjunctival reaction, and spontaneous relief or exacerbation of symptoms. There are characteristic corneal lesions, and usually the conjunctiva is not involved.
