Pediatric tetralogy
Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) in children is the most common cyanotic congenital cardiovascular disease in older children, including pulmonary artery stenosis, ventricular septal defect, right aortic position (riding the defect across the ventricular septum) , Right ventricular hypertrophy and other four cases, the main ones are ventricular septal defect and pulmonary artery stenosis. The symptoms of tetralogy of Fallot can appear after birth or within a few weeks, manifested as bruising, and gradually worsen. The first three are primary lesions, which are of great significance; and right ventricular hypertrophy is a secondary change, which is the consequence of the above malformations. Echocardiography has very specific manifestations of this disease and can be used as a basis for diagnosis of this disease.
