The diseased site is woven with bone and lamellar bone mosaic, resulting in disordered bone structure. , Thickened bones, weakened bones and increased blood vessels in the bones. Clinical manifestations are bone pain, bone deformity and fracture. The disease does not directly invade the joint, but deformities of the bone can cause secondary joint disease.
