Sphenoid fracture

Butterfly fracture is a morphological clinical symptom of ulna fracture. Displaced and unstable butterfly fractures can be opened and reduced. The butterfly block is first fixed with screws to make a whole with the far and near folded ends of the ulna, and then fixed with a neutral plate.
