Anterior scrotum

Anterior penis scrotum, also known as transposition of penis and scrotum, means that the scrotum is located above the penis. It is a very rare congenital malformation, and it is divided into two types: complete and partial. The anterior penis and scrotum are often associated with perineal and scrotal hypospadias, and there have been reports of abnormalities in the development of chromosomes and caudal tail.
