Type Ⅳ hypersensitivity disease

Clinical diseases thought to play an important role in type IV reactions are contact dermatitis, hypersensitive pneumonia, allograft rejection, granulomatosis caused by intracellular pathogens, certain types of drug allergies, thyroiditis, and rabies vaccine Encephalomyelitis that occurs. The latter two conditions are confirmed in animal models, and in human disease, lymphocytes are confirmed based on the inflammatory exudates of the thyroid and brain.
