Pediatric delay and chronic diarrhea
The duration of persistent diarrhea ranges from 2 weeks to 2 months, and most often occurs within 1 year of age. Chronic diarrhea refers to a course of disease longer than 2 months. The two countries are collectively referred to as persistent diarrhea.
