Primary peritonitis
Primary peritonitis is spontaneous bacterial peritonitis (SBP), which refers to the acute bacterial infection of the peritoneum in patients with no organ perforation in the abdominal cavity. It is more common in the decompensated period of liver cirrhosis caused by various causes, Active cirrhosis and subacute severe or chronic severe hepatitis after hepatitis.
