Retrobulbar ulcer
Posterior duodenal ulcers have symptoms of bulbous ulcers, but the pain is more severe, which can be radiated to the right shoulder, and bleeding and perforation are more likely to occur. Due to the lower part, device inspection is more likely to be missed. Postduodenal ulcer is a relatively rare type of peptic ulcer. It is characterized by severe symptoms, many complications, poor medical treatment and difficult diagnosis before operation. Post-duodenal ulcers are often missed or misdiagnosed or delayed due to difficult diagnosis. It is reported in the literature that the incidence of postbulbar ulcers accounts for 0.1% to 5.8% of duodenal ulcers, and that of autopsy diagnoses reaches 5% to 20%. The location of the ulcer is more common in the inner wall of the upper part of the duodenum, and it is rare below the nipple. The patients were older than those with duodenal ulcers.
