Nodular sclerosis
Tuberous sclerosis (epiloia or Bournerille'sdisease) is a class of diseases characterized by three major clinical features: facial sebaceous adenoma (facial nevus), seizures, and decreased intelligence. Most of them are autosomal dominant. It usually starts before the age of 10, and the glial nodules are mostly in the cerebral cortex, basal ganglia, and ventricular wall. In addition, the brain, heart, eyes, lungs, kidneys, skin, etc. may have various abnormalities.
