Spinous process bursitis

Spinous process bursitis is the formation of a bursal structure in the deep subcutaneous tissue of the back. The lumbosacral region is the most commonly known bursal in China. Posterior superior ligament bursa, spinous process bursa and spinal kyphoplasty. Considering the degenerative fusion of the iliac spine process into the midline iliac crest, the lack of superior spinal ligament in the lower lumbar region, and the absence of superior spinal ligament in the iliac vertebra, this article defines it as a lower back cutaneous bursitis .
