Summer dermatitis
Summer dermatitis (dermatitis aestivale) is a seasonal inflammatory skin disease caused by hot weather, which usually occurs in June to August. More common in adults. Skin lesions occur symmetrically on the trunk and extremities, especially the extended leg. It appears as a large patch of bright red spots with needle-to-milk-sized papules and papules on the basis of erythema. Accompanied by severe itching, scratches and blood clots may appear after scratching, and the skin may become rough and thick after a long time.
