Extrapyramidal damage
Extrapyramidal diseases occur in the extrapyramidal diseases of the nervous system. The main manifestations are dystonia (too high or low muscle tone) and dyskinesia (including tremor, hand and foot movement, dance-like movements, torsion spasm, etc.). Cone system damage is manifested as spastic paralysis, while extrapyramidal damage is mainly manifested by involuntary movement, muscle rigidity, and slow movement, rather than true paralysis.
