Dermal aggressive growth
Superficial diffuse melanoma in situ: Also known as Paget-like malignant melanoma in situ. When invasive growth occurs, its speed is much faster than that of malignant freckles-like nevus. Invasion, nodules, ulcers, or bleeding often occur within 1 to 2 years, that is, invasive growth of the dermis develops, and the prognosis is poor.
