Platelet fibrinogen receptor
Platelet fibrinogen receptor detection is used to detect abnormalities of the fibrinogen receptor, the GPIIb-Ⅲa complex. It is a calcium-dependent polymer that binds vWF, fibronectin, and thrombosensitive proteins. Agents, such as ADP, TXA2, mediate platelet aggregation. Reacts platelet weakness.
