4-word test

The 4-letter test refers to the test subject lying on his back with one leg straight, lifting the other leg and placing it on the knee of the straight leg to bend and press (that is, the two legs form a "4") to observe whether the same Lateral sacroiliac joints are painful. The knee on the side that is rolled up can easily touch the floor or the bed surface. This is a test method to determine the sacroiliac joint disease.
