Right upper quadrant tenderness

Right upper quadrant tenderness is caused by gallbladder or liver problems, and may also be caused by diseases such as duodenum. Common in hepatitis B, common bile duct stones, amoebic liver abscess, liver abscess, bacterial hepatitis, viral hepatitis, liver cancer, duodenal ulcer and other diseases. The main manifestation is that when the hand is placed on the abdominal wall of the right upper abdomen, deep pressure gradually causes pain.
