Skull disease

Bone lesions are found in almost all Langerhans cell histiocytosis patients. Single bone lesions are more common than primary bone lesions, mainly as osteolytic lesions. Skull lesions are most common, followed by lower limb bones, ribs, pelvis and spine, and jaw bone lesions are also quite common.
