Urinary albumin clearance
Urinary albumin clearance is an auxiliary test to check whether glomerular function is normal. Under normal circumstances of human metabolism, there is very little albumin in urine. Specifically, it does not exceed 20mg (<20mg / L) per liter of urine albumin, so it is called microalbumin. If the microalbumin in the urine is found to be in the range of 20mg / L-200mg / L after the physical examination, it belongs to microalbuminuria. If the patient can undergo a standard repair of the nephron and reverse the fibrosis treatment, it can still completely repair the small kidney. Globulin, elimination of proteinuria, urine routine urine protein showed negative (-) or (+-).
