Orthostatic tremor

Overview: The tremor that occurs when the limb maintains a certain position is called orthostatic tremor. It is most common when the upper limbs are extended. The tremor is usually suppressed during active exercise, strengthened when emotionally stressed, and disappears when completely rested and sleeping.
