Parathyroid bone dystrophy
Parathyroid bone dystrophy is a skeletal change that occurs when hyperparathyroidism occurs. The disease, known as hyperparathyroidism, was recognized almost 50 years ago and is considered extremely rare and difficult to diagnose. It was later realized that this disease is not uncommon, and its clinical manifestations are diverse and involve multiple systems of the body.
