Pigmented villous nodular synovitis

Pigmented villous nodular synovitis is relatively rare, there are two types of villous and nodular. The patients were mostly young and male. Most are between 20 and 40 years old. The disease occurs in the knee and ankle joints, followed by the hip, intercondylar, wrist, and elbow joints, and occasionally seen in the bursa and tendon sheath.
