Heartburn
Heartburn is a burning pain in the upper abdomen or lower chest accompanied by acid reflux symptoms. Heartburn is one of the most common symptoms of the digestive system. For most people, the most common reason is due to eating too fast or too much. However, some people often have heartburn even if they pay great attention to their diet. Heartburn occurs after some specific foods such as wine and pepper. These foods can relax your lower esophagus sphincter or increase gastric acid secretion. Both of the above reasons can cause heartburn.
