Cerebrospinal fluid lysozyme
Lysozyme is a hydrolase, consisting of 18 amino acids and 120 amino acid residues, and a basic peptide with a molecular weight of 14,500-17,500. Lysozyme mainly comes from granulocytes, monocytes and macrophages. It reflects the functional state of phagocytes and a more sensitive indicator. This enzyme is involved in non-specific defense functions.
