Narrow blepharoplasty

Congenital blepharoplasia syndrome is characterized by a small blepharoplasia. It is autosomal dominant. It may be due to the increase of the number of factors inhibiting the development of maxillary processes around 3 months of the embryo, and the imbalance between the factors that promote the development of external nasal processes. Therefore, the distance between the inner condyles of the two eyes is enlarged, and the lower punctum is shifted outside. More common among Japanese.
