Hydroxyapatite repair
Orbital margin bone defect. Precautions for hydroxyapatite repair: 1. The hydroxyapatite block must be fixed to the implant bed during the operation to accelerate vascularization. If there is a gap, it can be further processed with a scalpel or file, or blocked with small fragments. 2. The surface of hydroxyapatite needs to cover soft tissues, which is conducive to vascularization. If implanted under the periosteum, it may have an osteogenic induction effect.
