Forefoot pain after prolonged or vigorous exercise

Patients with patella fatigue fractures usually experience forefoot pain after prolonged or strenuous exercise, which can disappear after a few seconds of rest. In the subsequent training, the pain occurred earlier and heavier and harder to exercise, even when lying on the bed, there will be pain, and touching the swelling area can cause pain.
