Laryngopharyngeal tumor resection
Due to the hidden status of the laryngo-pharynx, it is generally not visible in direct visual inspection, and because of the large space occupied, although it is the main point of Mizutani, it is not a large cancer, and the symptoms are very mild and difficult to detect early. Clinically diagnosed cases often have a wide range and are not very sensitive to radiation therapy, which makes surgical treatment difficult. During the operation, we must consider not only a more complete resection of the cancer, but also the design of the repair of the defect after the major resection of the laryngopharynx. And laryngo-pharyngeal cancer often has cervical lymph node metastasis, which increases the difficulty of repair.
