Immune thrombocytopenic purpura in the elderly
Immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is a group of clinical syndromes caused by the shortening of platelet life caused by the combination of autoreactive antibodies and platelets. The common characteristics are: ① peripheral blood thrombocytopenia; ② the main cause is Immune-mediated destruction is too much; ③ megakaryocytes in the bone marrow often increase or are normal, often accompanied by obstacles to maturity.
