Closed vitrectomy
Lens surgery complicated with vitreous exudate. Use a cutting head to remove the vitreous embedded in the wound and the anterior part to avoid late complications such as macular edema and retinal detachment. The corneal sclera laceration with vitreous incarceration can be removed at the same time when the lens is damaged. (3) Penetrating keratoplasty with opacity of the lens or posterior dysfunction, and opacity of the lens at the same time.
