Superficial chest and abdomen wall with pain or drag
Thrombophlebitis of the abdominal wall Most patients consult a doctor because they find that the wall of the thorax and abdomen is shallow and that the cord is involved in spontaneous pain or activity. Thrombophlebitis of the abdominal wall is an inflammation of the intimal vein caused by thrombosis in the superficial veins of the abdominal wall. Mondor first reported the disease in 1939, so it was also called Mondor disease. Mondor has made a detailed observation and research on the pathology, and confirmed that the disease is occlusive phlebitis.
