Heat rash
Introduction
Introduction Scorpion is the most acute skin inflammation seen in summer. The scorpion is caused by obstruction of the sweat hole, and it occurs mostly in the neck, chest back, elbow fossa, armpit and other parts. The child can occur in the head, forehead, and the like. At the beginning of the skin, the skin is red, and then a red papule or a herpes of the size of the needle appears, densely integrated, and some of the papules are purulent. After the birth of the scorpion, itching, pain, and sometimes there will be a burst of hot burning and other performance.
Cause
Cause
This disease is caused by excessive sweating in the hot and humid environment, sweat evaporation is not smooth, resulting in clogging of the sweat tube, rupture of the sweat tube, and sweat permeation into the surrounding tissue. When the temperature is high and the humidity is high, the skin lesions increase, the climate turns cold, and the skin lesions gradually subsided.
Under the following circumstances, it is prone to occur: in the hot and humid season, infants, young children and adults with excessive sweating and long-term bedridden patients whose sweating function is not yet perfect are caused by poor sweat excretion and blocked sweat pores. In addition, in patients with vitamin A deficiency, the stratum corneum of the skin is thickened, and the sweat gland ducts are swollen by the retained sweat, causing the sweat pores to narrow or block.
